Privacy Policy

This policy explains how Life Blueprint collects, uses, stores, and protects information when you use getlifeblueprint.in.

Information We Collect

We collect information you choose to give us, information needed to process payments and deliver your report, and limited technical information that helps the website work and stay secure.

A. Personal information you provide

When you create a Life Blueprint, you may provide:

  • Name
  • Date of birth
  • Birth time (or an indication that the time is unknown)
  • Birth city / location (and related place coordinates used for chart calculation)
  • WhatsApp phone number
  • Email address (optional)
  • Explicit WhatsApp consent, when you opt in to receive your report and related service messages on WhatsApp
  • Any information you voluntarily send when you contact us for support

After you unlock your report, you may optionally submit product feedback once (how you liked the report and optional free-text suggestions). This feedback is stored with your report for product improvement and support. By default it stays private. You may optionally consent to share an approved short quote as a public review and provide a display name. Even with consent, we do not publish reviews automatically — publication requires a separate internal approval step. If you withdraw consent, we will not use your quote for future publication. If you email us feedback, we will treat that the same way.

B. Payment information

Payments are processed by a third-party payment provider. Life Blueprint does not store your full card number, CVV, UPI PIN, or banking login credentials. We may store payment references needed to confirm your order (for example order and payment IDs, paid amount, and related status). The payment provider may collect and process payment details under its own privacy policy.

C. Technical and usage information

Depending on how you use the site, we may process:

  • IP address and basic request metadata (as handled by our hosting provider)
  • Browser and device information
  • Operating system details available from your browser
  • Basic usage / funnel activity (for example page views and checkout steps), without sending birth details, phone number, or email in advertising events
  • First-party campaign attribution parameters such as UTM tags and advertising click IDs, when present in the URL
  • Cookies, session storage, and similar technologies described below

How We Use Information

We use information to operate Life Blueprint and deliver what you asked for. That includes:

  • Generating your personalized Life Blueprint report
  • Personalizing report content from your birth details
  • Delivering the report (private link)
  • Sending report-related communications
  • Sending WhatsApp messages when you have explicitly opted in
  • Sending email when you provide an email address and delivery or service communication is appropriate
  • Processing payments and confirming purchase status
  • Providing customer support
  • Handling refunds or payment issues where applicable
  • Improving reliability, security, and performance of the service
  • Preventing abuse, fraud, or unauthorized activity
  • Maintaining internal records needed to operate the service
  • Measuring marketing performance (for example advertising or analytics events) without including sensitive birth or contact fields in those events
  • Reviewing optional in-app report feedback to improve report quality and the product experience

We do not sell your personal information to advertisers. We do not use your WhatsApp number for unrelated spam.

Astrology, Numerology and Report Generation

You provide birth information because it is needed to calculate your chart and personalize your reading. That information is used for report generation and delivery.

Life Blueprint is intended for personal reflection and self-understanding. Astrology and numerology interpretations are not scientifically proven. We do not guarantee predictions, outcomes, or specific life events. The reading is not medical, legal, financial, or professional advice.

WhatsApp Communications

You may share a WhatsApp number so we can deliver your report. WhatsApp delivery is used only when you give the required consent/opt-in on the form (to receive your Life Blueprint report and related service messages).

Messages may include a link to your private Life Blueprint report. Delivery uses WhatsApp's messaging services. WhatsApp's processing is also governed by WhatsApp's own terms and privacy policies.

If you no longer want WhatsApp communications from Life Blueprint, email us at the address below and we will help stop further report-related WhatsApp messages where reasonably possible.

Email Communications

If you provide an email address, we may use it to deliver your report link or send important service-related messages about your order. Email delivery may use a third-party email provider when email sending is enabled. We do not operate a separate promotional email newsletter product in the current application.

Third-Party Services

To operate and deliver Life Blueprint, we may use trusted third-party service providers for functions such as payment processing, email delivery, hosting, analytics, security, and report generation. These providers process information only as necessary to provide their services and are subject to their own privacy and security practices.

How Your Reading Text Is Produced

Your Life Blueprint is built from the birth details you provide. Chart calculation happens in our systems. Contracted service providers may process chart-derived signals only to help produce the prose of the reading you requested.

We do not sell your personal data. Provider retention and use of any data they process are governed by their own terms and privacy policies.

How We Store and Protect Information

We take reasonable steps to protect information, including:

  • HTTPS / TLS for traffic to our website
  • Server-side handling of API keys, tokens, and other secrets
  • Access controls for administrative tools used to operate the service
  • Database access controls for application data
  • Payment handling through a payment provider rather than storing full card or UPI credentials ourselves

No method of transmission or storage is completely secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security.

Data Retention

We keep information only as long as reasonably necessary to:

  • Provide the service and maintain your report access
  • Provide customer support
  • Maintain transaction and payment records
  • Meet legal or accounting obligations
  • Resolve disputes or help prevent abuse

When information is no longer needed for these purposes, we aim to delete or de-identify it where practical.

Data Deletion

You can ask us to delete your personal information by emailing admin@getlifeblueprint.in. Please include your name, WhatsApp number used at checkout, and (if you have it) your report link or order details so we can find the right record.

We will respond within a reasonable time. Some information may need to be retained where required for legal, security, fraud-prevention, accounting, or transaction purposes.

Your Choices and Requests

Subject to applicable law and practical limits, you may:

  • Request access to personal information we hold about you
  • Request correction of inaccurate information
  • Request deletion where applicable
  • Withdraw consent for optional communications (such as WhatsApp delivery messages)
  • Ask questions about how we process your data

Cookies and Similar Technologies

Life Blueprint uses limited first-party storage and, when configured, advertising measurement technologies:

  • First-party cookie (lb_attr) — stores campaign attribution parameters (such as UTM tags, campaign slug / ref, and advertising click IDs), not your birth details or phone number
  • Session storage — temporarily keeps form progress / birth details on your device during the create → preview → checkout flow, plus attribution and light analytics session markers
  • Advertising measurement cookies — may be set by our advertising measurement provider when that tool is enabled, for advertising measurement and attribution

We do not use separate third-party advertising cookie networks beyond the advertising measurement tool described above when it is configured. You can control cookies through your browser settings; some features may not work as expected if storage is blocked.

Children's Privacy

Life Blueprint is not intended for children. Please do not submit personal information about a child unless you are legally authorized to do so and are using the service appropriately on their behalf.

Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The latest version will always be published on this page, with an updated “Last updated” date. Continued use of the service after changes means you acknowledge the updated policy.
